My credit card was charged twice.

On occasion, a new customer will contact us and report that they've been double charged for their CMS service. If you believe this has happened, please contact your credit card company and ask them to verify that there are actually two separate charges.

Our payment provider,, authorizes the amount of the first month's CMS fee before it actually charges the card. Before the authorization is canceled, it can appear that there are two charges when in reality the first is only an authorization.
