Can't publish after entering new payment information
If the credit card used for your CMS payments expires, you'll need to cancel the automatic payment subscription that uses your old card and create a new subscription with your new credit card information.
To cancel automatic payments , go to Administration > Payment Account, then click the "Edit Your Payment Information" link. Then click the "Cancel Automatic Payments" link.
Once you've canceled your subscription, go back to the "Payment Account" page and enter your new credit card information.
