If you want to change the font color on all your pages and you are familiar with css, you can go into your design theme and change it in your css files. If you are not familiar with css, then you will need to contact the developer of your site to change it for you.
If this is not what you were looking to do, please provide me with more detail. What text are you trying to change the color of? The entire page or just a small section? Is it on all the pages or just a few?
