Analytics code vs. favicon

IF I enter my analytics code in Insert in channel of Page Defaults (as instructed) and have entered the code to display a favicon in the Insert in channel of individual Page Properties, does this override my analytics code?

   Yes, that's correct. One option to work around this would be to move your analytics code to the "insert in body" section instead of the "insert in head". It's now recommended to put most JavaScript, such as analytics code, at the end of a page anyway.
