We received an e-mail message from CMS support indicating that you experienced a problem when attempting to charge our credit card for our account payment.
Please forward the invoice to my attention at ***@kelownachristian.ca with details of payment and account balance.
I'm on vacation July 24th thur August 3rd.

Mike,
Payment for the CMS is made via credit card and can be made by logging into the CMS and visiting Administration... Payment Account in the CMS. You can view the costs for a subscription, choose a monthly or yearly billing option, and enter your credit card information securely on this page. You can choose to have billing receipts emailed to you by entering your email address in the 'Email receipts to' field.
You can also print receipts by visiting Administration... Payment History. This page displays your billing history. You can print a receipt by clicking on the 'Print Receipt' link in any of the rows.
Once you submit your payment information your account will be current and you will be able to publish changes to your website again. If you have questions, please let us know. Thanks for using the CMS!

Can you provide me with the User Name and Password KCOS such that I can gain access and change the Administration... Payment Account options?
KCOS is in the process of transitioning the school to another society and school, that operated by our previous school administration. Given the previous school administration no longer has authority over KCOS, we need to take control of the web site. For this reason, the credit card (in the name of a previous administrator) was cancelled and the automatic CMS payment was declined as a result.

Mike,
For security reasons we're unable to change control of a site to a new person without authorization of those who currently control the site.
Erin Hussey at ***@me.com currently has control of the site. Erin can login to the CMS account and change the administrator contact information to your name and email address. If Erin doesn't remember the password, Erin can request a new password by clicking the Forgot Password link on the login screen.
