Site not publishing

I've made changes and I see the changes, I publish and it tells me it is complete, but when I pull up the website, the changes are not there. I've refreshed the website and still nothing.

   You changed the Opportunities page, is that correct? I can't see any differences between preview and the live site. What did you change?

   Well, I then went on to Explorer rather than Google, and it worked. Would you know the reason for this?

   I assume you mean Google Chrome browser. You may want to check your browser settings, but it probably just got cached.
