I changed the email contact address on the contact us page but it still defaults to the original email address in the address line of the email it opens.
How do I change that?

   You need to change the value of the link in addition to changing the link text. To do this:

   1. Visit the Contact page
      
   2. Edit the content area with the email address
      
   3. Select the email address
      
   4. Click the Insert/edit link button in the menu (it looks like a chain)
      
   5. Change the value of the Link URL field from mailto:***@johngharty.com to mailto:***@johnharty.com
      
   6. Save the changes and publish the site
