I've tried both IE and Firefox, but I cannot get my site to update. Once I struggle to get the content updated within the editor, I hit save and it erases everything I've just done.

    I was able to enter some text into the editor and save just fine. It may be something related to your OS. Can you visit this page for me and copy and paste the information it displays there?

    Also, it might help to know a little more about what content you are trying to put in the page and what page you are editing. Is it images? Plain text? Tables? A flash file?

    What's my IP address?
    Your IP address appears to be 68.179.149.174

    Your full setup details (your 'user agent string'): Mozilla/5.0 (Windows;

    I was updating the Exhibitions / Art / Featured Exhibits section. I was
    working on getting the plain text in first, then I was going to add the
    images.

    I am using the same OS and browser version as you and I was able to save text on that page. I assumed you are trying to add another exhibit since there are already two listed on the page, so I created a test one and added several paragraphs of text as well as the heading and date.

    Is it asking you to log in again when you click the save button? You are clicking the icon that looks like a floppy disk, correct? How many minutes would you estimate you spent on entering the text before you hit the save button?

    Yes, I was attempting to add new exhibitions. It probably took me 15
    minutes since I had to completely reformat all of my text. When I clicked
    the floppy disc icon, all that I had entered disappeared, and only the
    original two exhibitions remained.

    Ok. We recently found out that our editor times out after 20 minutes, so that is my best estimate of what is happening. It is on our list to adjust this in a future update.

    For now, try putting in the text and saving before you reformat to be sure you can save and then opening the editor again to format the text. Please let me know if this works.

    That may very well be the problem. I just added text, and it stayed when I
    saved it.

    Thanks so much for your help!
