Linking to PDF thru a Content Block

So this might be a simple question but I'm trying to figure out how to link to pdfs. I have uploaded them to the assets documents but when I try and then link either a page or link in a content block I have no idea where that document path actual lives? Has to simple right - just missing it - thanks Paul
